Ind. Code § 34-36-2-1

Demand; calling from regular panel

As added by P.L.1-1998, SEC.32.

Sec. 1. In a civil action where:

(1) the parties are entitled to a trial by jury; and

(2) either party demands a jury trial;

the sheriff shall call a jury from the regular panel, except as provided in this chapter.
