Effect of defective appeal bond

As added by P.L.1-1998, SEC.52

Sec. 2. The circuit court, superior court, or probate court shall not dismiss a case on account of the defect or informality of the appeal bond if the appellant, when required by the court to which the appeal is taken, files in the court a sufficient bond, with surety to the acceptance of the court, in the sum required by the court.
