Arbitrator's oath

As added by P.L.1-1998, SEC.53.

Sec. 8. Before hearing any testimony, the arbitrator or arbitrators shall swear faithfully and fairly to:

(1) hear and examine the matters in controversy; and

(2) make a just award according to the best of the arbitrator's understanding.
