Right to representation by attorney

Known as the Uniform Arbitration Act

The act spans §§ 34-57-2-1 to 34-57-2-9 (22 sections).

As added by P.L.1-1998, SEC.53.

Sec. 7. A party is entitled to be represented by an attorney at any proceeding or hearing under this chapter. A waiver of the right to representation before the proceeding or hearing is ineffective.
