Sec. 128. (a) "Motor vehicle", for purposes of IC 34-30-29.2 and IC 34-40-4, has the meaning set forth in IC 9-13-2-105(a).
(b) "Motor vehicle", for purposes of IC 34-30-30, has the meaning set forth in IC 34-30-30-2.
