"Prejudgment interest"

As added by P.L.186-2025, SEC.176.

Sec. 159. "Prejudgment interest", for purposes of IC 34-51-4, means interest on the amount of a judgment that is computed for a period preceding the date that the court returns a verdict or finding in the proceeding.
