Ind. Code § 34-6-2.1-162

"Product"

As added by P.L.186-2025, SEC.176.

Sec. 162. (a) "Product", for purposes of IC 34-20, means any item or good that is personalty at the time it is conveyed by the seller to another party.

(b) The term does not apply to a transaction that, by its nature, involves wholly or predominantly the sale of a service rather than a product.
