Ind. Code § 34-6-2.1-52

"Emergency"

As added by P.L.186-2025, SEC.176.

Sec. 52. "Emergency", for purposes of IC 34-30-6, means an occurrence or an imminent threat of an occurrence that involves a hazardous substance or compressed gas and that creates the possibility of harm to any person, to property, or to the environment.
