Ind. Code § 35-31.5-2-146

"Graffiti"

As added by P.L.114-2012, SEC.67.

Sec. 146. "Graffiti" means any unauthorized inscription, work, figure, or design that is marked, etched, scratched, drawn, or painted on a component of any building, structure, or other facility.
