Sec. 297. (a) "Sex offense", for purposes of IC 35-38-2-2.5, has the meaning set forth in IC 35-38-2-2.5(b).
(b) "Sex offense", for purposes of IC 35-50-2-14, has the meaning set forth in IC 35-50-2-14(a).
