Ind. Code § 35-47-4.5-2

"Laser pointer"

As added by P.L.70-2000, SEC.1.

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "laser pointer" means a device that emits light amplified by the stimulated emission of radiation that is visible to the human eye.
