Ind. Code § 36-1-33-1

"Alarm system"

As added by P.L.39-2025, SEC.1.

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "alarm system" means any electrical, mechanical, or electronic device or sensor that prevents, detects, verifies, and may alert law enforcement in response to an intrusion on property protected by the alarm system.
