Ind. Code § 36-10-16-27

Sec. 27. The commission shall before April 1 of each year issue a report to the legislative council, budget committee, and the legislative body and executive of the eligible county and the eligible city concerning the operations and activities of the commission during the preceding calendar year. The report to the legislative council must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
