Delivery of instruments left for record on expiration of term

As added by Acts 1980, P.L.212, SEC.1

Sec. 5. At the expiration of the recorder's term of office, the recorder shall deliver all instruments left for record with the recorder to the recorder's successor in office, whether the fees for recording them have been paid or not.
