Ind. Code § 36-2-2-16

Accounts chargeable against county; sums for expenses

As added by Acts 1980, P.L.212, SEC.1.

Sec. 16. The executive may:

(1) approve accounts chargeable against the county; and

(2) direct the raising of sums necessary for county expenses.
