Ind. Code § 36-7-11-1

Application of chapter

As added by Acts 1981, P.L.309, SEC.30.

Sec. 1. This chapter applies to all units except:

(1) counties having a consolidated city;

(2) municipalities in counties having a consolidated city; and

(3) townships.
