Ind. Code § 36-7-11.2-12

"Occupant" defined

As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.83.

Sec. 12. As used in this chapter, "occupant" means a person:

(1) occupying:

(A) under a written lease; or

(B) as an owner; and

(2) using for residential purposes;

a single family or double family residential dwelling located on Meridian Street or bordering property.
