Ind. Code § 36-7-11.2-9

"Meridian Street property" defined

As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.83.

Sec. 9. As used in this chapter, "Meridian Street property" means a parcel of land of which any part lies within one hundred (100) feet due west or east of any part of the right-of-way for Meridian Street.
