Ind. Code § 36-7-4-1205

Township joinder; choice of municipality for joinder

As added by Acts 1981, P.L.309, SEC.23.

Sec. 1205. ADVISORY. If a township is contiguous to two (2) or more municipalities, the township may elect the municipality with which it wants to join.
