Ind. Code § 36-7.7-2-7

"Eligible political subdivision"

As added by P.L.83-2020, SEC.2.

Sec. 7. "Eligible political subdivision" means any of the following:

(1) A county.

(2) A municipality.

(3) An airport authority.

(4) A commuter transportation district.

(5) A regional transportation authority.

(6) A public transportation corporation under IC 36-9-4.
