Ind. Code § 36-8-17-3

"Fire safety law"

As added by P.L.245-1987, SEC.21.

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "fire safety law" means any law, including rules and orders of the commission, safeguarding life or property from the hazards of fire or explosion.
