Prohibition against threat of discipline

As added by P.L.271-2019, SEC.1

Sec. 10. A public safety officer may not be threatened with or subjected to:

(1) discipline; or

(2) denial of a promotion, transfer, or reassignment;

for exercising rights granted under this chapter.
