Ind. Code § 36-9-33-5

Territorial limitation for counties

As added by P.L.353-1985, SEC.2.

Sec. 5. A county may not exercise a power granted by this chapter inside the boundaries of any municipality in that county without the consent of that municipality's legislative body.
