Disclosure of violation in inspection

As added by P.L.215-2017, SEC.2.

Sec. 6. If an inspection discloses a possible violation, the agency shall proceed under:

(1) section 7 of this chapter; or

(2) first section 7 of this chapter, and then section 10 of this chapter.
