Sec. 22. The following are confidential for purposes of IC 5-14-3:
(1) A record related to lottery ticket order history.
(2) Lottery ticket inventory.
(3) A record that, if disclosed, could impair or adversely impact the:
(A) security, integrity, or fairness of a lottery game; or
(B) security of lottery retailers.
