Ind. Code § 4-31-1-3

Recognition

As added by P.L.268-2017, SEC.1.

Sec. 3. The general assembly recognizes that the regulation of horse racing is a unique activity for state government and that policies and procedures appropriate for the performance of other governmental functions are not necessarily appropriate for the regulation of horse racing.
