Development agreement with Vigo County

As added by P.L.293-2019, SEC.15.

Sec. 4.7. (a) This section applies to the licensed owner of an inland casino operated in Vigo County under IC 4-33-6.7.

(b) A licensed owner described in subsection (a) shall enter into a development agreement (as defined in IC 4-33-23-2) with Vigo County.
