Sec. 68. "Safe Drinking Water Act" refers to:
(1) 42 U.S.C. 300f et seq., and laws supplemental and ancillary to these laws; and
(2) regulations adopted under 42 U.S.C. 300f et seq., and laws supplemental and ancillary to these regulations.
