Ind. Code § 5-14-5-1

"Counselor" defined

As added by P.L.70-1999, SEC.5 and P.L.191-1999, SEC.5.

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "counselor" refers to the public access counselor appointed under IC 5-14-4-6.
