Ind. Code § 5-14-9-2

"Appointing authority"

As added by P.L.65-2025, SEC.1.

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "appointing authority" means:

(1) an elected officer; or

(2) a board of members who are all elected officers;

of the state or a political subdivision.
