Ind. Code § 5-15-5.1-13

Confidential records; destruction

As added by Acts 1979, P.L.40, SEC.1

Sec. 13. Records designated as confidential by law shall be so treated by the administration in the maintenance, storage, transfer, or other disposition of those records. Confidential records scheduled for destruction shall be destroyed in such a manner that they cannot be read, interpreted, or reconstructed.
