Ind. Code § 5-2-6.1-5.8

Loss of income

As added by P.L.20-2024, SEC.4.

Sec. 5.8. As used in this chapter, "loss of income" means wages the victim would have earned had the victim not died or been injured, if the victim was employed at the time of the crime.
