Ind. Code § 5-28-9-2

"Governing body"

As added by P.L.4-2005, SEC.34.

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "governing body" means the legislative body of a city, town, or county, an economic development commission, or a board administering the affairs of a special taxing district.
