Ind. Code § 5-28-9-5

"Minority enterprise small business investment company"

As added by P.L.4-2005, SEC.34.

Sec. 5. As used in this chapter, "minority enterprise small business investment company" means an investment company licensed under 15 U.S.C. 681(D).
