Ind. Code § 5-35.7-6-1

Applicability

As added by P.L.182-2025, SEC.6.

Sec. 1. (a) This chapter applies to contracts entered into between a state agency and a contractor.

(b) This chapter does not apply to a contract solely entered into for licensed legal counsel.
