Ind. Code § 6-1.1-43-2

"Economic development incentive" defined

As added by P.L.60-1997, SEC.1.

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, an "economic development incentive" refers to a tax credit, deduction, exemption, grant, or loan awarded under a program described in section 1 of this chapter.
