Concurrent jurisdiction of attorney general

As added by P.L.347-1989(ss), SEC.1.

Sec. 5. The attorney general has concurrent jurisdiction with prosecuting attorneys in instituting and prosecuting actions under sections 2 through 4 of this chapter.
