Ind. Code § 6-7-2-2.1

"Moist snuff"

As added by P.L.172-2011, SEC.81.

Sec. 2.1. As used in this chapter, "moist snuff" means any finely cut, ground, or powdered tobacco that is not intended to be:

(1) smoked; or

(2) placed in the nasal cavity.
