Ind. Code § 6-7-2-3.1

"Pipe tobacco"

As added by P.L.137-2022, SEC.63.

Sec. 3.1. As used in this chapter, "pipe tobacco" means a tobacco product that, because of its appearance, type, packaging, or labeling, is suitable and likely to be smoked in a pipe.
