Application of chapter

As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.162.

Sec. 0.1. (a) The addition of this chapter by P.L.92-1995 applies to taxable years beginning after December 31, 1995.

(b) The addition of this chapter by P.L.93-1995 applies to taxable years beginning after December 31, 1995.
