Sec. 5.5. (a) "Applicant", for purposes of IC 7.1-3-18.5, means a person who applies for a tobacco sales certificate.
(b) "Applicant", for purposes of IC 7.1-7, has the meaning set forth in IC 7.1-7-2-2.
