Ind. Code § 8-1-7.9-16

"Reasonable risk premium"

As added by P.L.217-2025, SEC.2.

Sec. 16. As used in this chapter, "reasonable risk premium" means compensation:

(1) negotiated between an energy utility and a large load customer; and

(2) paid by the large load customer.
