Sec. 9. As used in this chapter, "SNG property interest" means the right, title, and interest that:
(1) are held by an energy utility or its assignee;
(2) are created by a qualified order; and
(3) entitle the energy utility or its assignee to recover qualified costs under IC 8-1-2-42.1.
