Ind. Code § 8-1.5-4-1

Application of chapter

As added by Acts 1982, P.L.74, SEC.1.

Sec. 1. This chapter applies to all municipalities that:

(1) own or operate waterworks; and

(2) adopt the provisions of this chapter by ordinance.
