Ind. Code § 8-2-16-3

Sec. 3. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to any bridge or bridges constructed by or paid for by, in whole or in part, any agency, commission or administrative body of the state of Indiana acting alone or in conjunction with any agency, commission or administrative body of any other state or with any agency, commission or administrative body of the Federal Government.
