Ind. Code § 8-2.1-17-5.3

"Delivery network company"

As added by P.L.215-2023, SEC.2.

Sec. 5.3. "Delivery network company" or "DNC" means an entity that:

(1) does business in Indiana; and

(2) uses a digital network to connect DNC customers to DNC drivers to request the delivery of goods.
