Ind. Code § 8-2.1-25-1

"Motor bus" defined

As added by P.L.86-1997, SEC.1.

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "motor bus" means any motor vehicle:

(1) weighing more than eleven thousand (11,000) pounds; and

(2) being operated in furtherance of a commercial enterprise.
