Ind. Code § 8-22-3.6-2

"Airport project" defined

As added by P.L.108-1993, SEC.10.

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "airport project" means:

(1) any property or project that could be financed with the proceeds of bonds issued under IC 8-22-3; or

(2) any qualified airport development project.
