Ind. Code § 8-23-4-8

Changes in location of state highways

As added by P.L.18-1990, SEC.213.

Sec. 8. The department may change the location of a state highway for the following reasons:

(1) To reduce the length of the highway.

(2) To eliminate steep grades or sharp turns.

(3) To widen narrow parts.

(4) To promote public convenience and safety.
