Sec. 123. "Passenger motor vehicle" means a motor vehicle designed for carrying passengers. The term does not include the following:
(1) A motorcycle.
(2) A bus.
(3) A snowmobile.
(4) An off-road vehicle.
(5) A motor driven cycle.
